Volkswagen Planning To Unveil New Electric-Concept At The Frankfurt Show

At this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show we’re expecting to see a load of new cars, and this is what will happen.
Volkswagen have also kind of uncovered the news that they will reveal an all-new electric concept at this years show, and it will follow in the foot steps of the Volkswagen Golf TwinDrive concept.
It was said that the concept will be a rival to the Chevrolet Volt, and it will have a really advanced electric drive train.
At the moment the TwinDrive Golf Concept is powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine with 122-hp. while the production version will carry at 1.4-litre direct-injected 4-cylinder with 100-hp.
Let us see what VW can come up with for the show, a Volt rival will surely put GM on their toes.

I thought after reading the headline it would be that VW Up! electric version, but it isn't. This looks more like a bigger and more capable model
Maybe something in the Polo electric or something. That could work, especially for the smaller countries. . . ?
