News And Images On The Citroen DS3 Before Frankfurt

The new Citroen DS3 has been released online before its live unveil at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September. The DS3 will go on sale around March, 2010 and it will be around 3.95 meters in length.

The DS3 looks very similar to the concept that was released at the Geneva Show earlier this year, despite the fact that it is strongly based on the C3 model. Citroen’s DS3 will come with a wide range of colours, side mirrors and wheel options.

The interior will also be fully customizable.

Engines for the DS3 will start with 71kW, 89kW and 112kW from petrol engines, where the two diesel units will pump out around 60 to 75kW with CO2 emissions set at 99g/km. Transmissions will be standard 6-speed manual units, where the company might one day add an automatic unit.
