Raikkonen Signs An Agreement With McLaren For 2010

Ferrari F1 driver, Kimi Raikkonen has signed an “outline” agreement which will kick off a second chance with McLaren F1 for 2010. The Ferrari driver will first have to consult his team before he can move over to McLaren has he still has one season left on his contract.

Raikkonen has said that he will leave the team if they pay “all of his 2010 … salary”

It has been estimated that the drivers contract is around $49million USD.

  1. This is something interesting. What happens to Heikki? Even Hamilton for that matter. I think Alonso takes Kimi’s seat and Massa resumes taking over from Fisi.

    Yeah. There was other news about Heikki, however I think Hamilton will definitely stay in the top seat for McLaren.

    Whether Ferrari are willing to fork out so much cash to get rid of Raikkonen I don’t know.. Because they will pretty much then be paying out two contracts in one year.
