Porsche’s GT3 RS For 2010 Has Unofficially Lapped The ‘Ring In 7min 33sec

Reports have said that the 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 RS has unofficially lapped the Nurburgring in 7 minutes and 33 seconds. While Porsche fans might be impressed with this time, it’s pretty sad to say that it’s actually quite far away from the Corvette ZR1’s 7 minute 26, and the new Nissan GT-R’s 7 minutes 27 second time.
While 7 minutes 33 seconds isn’t exactly slow, it is an improvement over the standard GT3 model which laps the track in 7 minutes 34 seconds.
Porsche did not name the test driver, however the track conditions apparently had some ‘light traffic’.
