Toyota Will Make No Profit On The Lexus LFA

While Toyota are only creating 500 units of the Lexus LFA supercar, they will be selling for a hefty price tag of $375,000. While many are wondering what Toyota would pocket from this sports car.. We have the answer.
Toyota has said that they will not be making any cash on the car. It was said that there is really high cost of development for the Lexus LFA, and this will see Toyota make no profit. Everything on the LFA will be brand new, except for five parts which would be shared between various other Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
The reason for development is said to be a range-topping one-off car for Lexus.
