Toyota’s Advertising Budget Has Been Bumped Up To $1BN USD

Toyota has announced that they are busy with a $1 billion advertising venture. The marketing scheme will see Toyota’s name pop up almost everywhere as the company is trying to get back to the top of the market.
The Japanese automaker has not yet announced how they will spend the cash, where many analysts are still wondering if it will make a difference. Last year saw the company spend $250 million promoting zero percent financing for a few models, and the result was… Well, pretty disappointing.
It has been said that Toyota will now bump advertising up to network TV and this should promote all new cars.
