2010 BMW 550i Gran Turismo Will Start With A Price Of $63,900

The 2010 BMW 550i Gran Turismo will start at a price of $64,725. The 550i will be the only BMW 5-Series GT on sale during the 2010 year. The power train will be a 4.4-litre V8 engine with 400-horsepower and 450lb-ft of torque.

Power will go to the road through an 8-speed automatic transmission which will help fuel economy, as well as performance. The 0-100km/h time will be 5.4 seconds while the top speed will be set at 250km/h when equipped with the Sport Package.

Expect a new BMW Brake Energy Regeneration system, and this will help save fuel.

There will be eight different packages which starts with a $2,950 Active Ventilated Seat Package, $750 Camera Package, $1,900 Convenience Package, $950 Cold Weather Package, $1,350 Driver Assistance Package, $3,950 Luxury Rear Seating Package, $1,400 Premium Sound Package and the $4,200 Sport Package.
