The 2011 Buick Regal will go on sale during the second quarter of 2010 and it will first be offered with a 4-cylinder engine that pumps out 182-horsepower with 172lb-ft of torque. There will then be a turbocharged variant which joins the year after, and this badboy will push out 220-hp.
While these two models will be the first to grace the market, GM has said that Buick fans should expect to see the Regal GS which is pretty much the equivalent to the Opel Insignia OPC. The Regal GS will boast the same 335-horsepower 2.8-litre turbocharged V6 engine with all-wheel-drive.
Alongside the consideration of the GS model, the brand is also thinking about adding a new Regal SportWagon. The Wagon will compete with the Acura TSX Wagon.
