Porsche are apparently creating a fuss around a foam shoe. The German brand is apparently claiming a trademark for their exclusive car named the Cayman as the Croc Shoe Co has designed something with the same name.

The Crocs Cayman is a piece of ugly foam which people like to walk around in. How anyone can do this to themselves, we don’t know.

The reports are saying that Porsche sent a letter to Crocs in May stating that they have violated trademark rights. They demanded that the shoe lose the name, immediately. Alongside all of this Crocs would have to pay for the costs associated with the complaint.

July then saw the sports car brand file and injunction in an attempt to try and force the shoe maker from marketing the Cayman in Germany.

Neither company has commented on these reports, but it was said that Crocs will “vigorously defend itself against these claims”.

What do we think? Well — Go for it Porsche, no one wants to be affiliated with these ugly ass shoes! Porsche are probably embarrassed.
