Volkswagen’s Polo Has Won The Car of the Year 2010 Title For Europe

Volkswagen’s fifth-generation Polo has won the European Car of the Year award for 2010. The VW Polo scored 347 points compared to the 337 for the Toyota iQ mini-car. The Opel Astra was considered a favourite to many, however it only finished in third place with 221 points.

Other finalists included cars like the Skoda Yeti, Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Peugeot 3008 and Citroen C3 Picasso.
