The BMW 335is Coupe And Convertible Will Boast Twin Turbos!
Featured, New Cars | Dean | January 25, 2010 at 22:21BMW’s North American division has released their new 335is Coupe, as well as the Convertible model. The iS model is based on the normal 335i version, and it will boast a 320-horsepower N54 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged straight six.
The gearbox will be a 7-speed Double Clutch Transmission (DCT) with Launch Control as an option. This will replace the standard 6-speed transmission unit. The top speed will be 241km/h. Acceleration figures state that the time will be 0-100km/h in 5.0 seconds.
There will be a new additional radiator behind the left-side front air take, along with a new powerful electric cooling fan. There will be a stiffer engine mount and a new sport exhaust system.
Expect to find M styled bumped and a new rear integrated diffuser, a new kidney grille surround in high gloss black, Shadowline black window trim, wing mirror caps and a new set of 18-inch alloy wheels.
Inside will boast an M Sport steering wheel, sport seats, anthracite headline, M door sills, M driver’s footrest, M gearshift knob, and stainless steel sport pedals.
The pricing will be $50,525 for the coupe.
