The 10 Finalists For The 2010 Car Of The Year Award

The World Car of The Year finalists have been announced. The competition will see 59 international automotive journalists judge the cars based on their experience. The jury members come from all over the world, and South Africa is happy to have Car Magazine’s Hannes Oosthuizen as their representative.
The 10 Car of the Year finalists include:
- Chevrolet Cruze
- Audi Q5
- BMW X1
- Kia Soul
- Mazda 3
- Mercedes-Benz E-Class
- Opel Insignia/Buick Regal
- Porsche Panamera
- Toyota Prius
- Volkswagen Polo
The announcement for the car will be at the New York Motor show which starts on the first of April 2010.
